FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I get all the digitals you take?

Your session fee includes 3 digital images + 25 Holiday Cards, and upgrades are available to purchase more.

This is done at your Reveal/ Ordering Session 1 week after your session.

How do I pick my images?

One week after your session, we will meet virtually via Google Meet, or your Welcome to come to my Home Studio.

Do I have to choose an upgrade option at booking?

Nope!! You may have exactly what you need with what's included in your session fee! Upgrade options do not need to be finalized until you are selecting your images!

Do you offer multiple types of Christmas card designs?

We sure do!! We have families who come to us annually and always want there to be fresh, modern options for you to choose from!

Do I have to choose an upgrade option at the Ordering Appointment

Because Christmas cards are time-sensitive and we want to ensure you get them in a timely manner, all image selections and upgrades must be completed at the ordering appointment no later than 2 weeks after the session.

You'll have more details about this throughout the process- don't worry! We'll keep you informed!

Cancellation Policy

In the event the client cancels the session or fails to attend the session on the scheduled date for any reason, the session fee is non-refundable.


Any late arrivals will only have the remainder of the allotted time to use for the session.


If the weather is bad, the session will be rolled to the next available date per the photographer. No refunds for bad weather.
